—— REAL TALK
When introducing a new product into your skincare routine, allow time for your skin to adjust. While there is not a “quick fix” for clear skin, kitavaMD’s 3-step system is clinically proven to reduce acne and clear skin. Although results may seem minor at first, stay positive! Trust us, your skin will thank you.

—— REAL TALK
Welcome to "The Purge". Your skin is beginning to detox from the inside-out to make way for fresh and healthy skin cells. It’s normal to experience a breakout or two - don’t panic! Acne-fighting ingredients are working hard to build a strong foundation for clear, brighter and healthier looking skin.
|
—— REAL TALK
When it comes to your skin, sometimes you have to play the long game to get results. On average, your skin cells turn every 28-40 days and acne-prone skin cells may take longer to repair and regenerate. If you haven’t experienced visible improvements yet, give it a little more time. Your glow will be worth it!
|
—— REAL TALK
Hello healthy skin! By now, you’ve exfoliated out the “bad” and made way for all the new, super nourished skin cells to shine through. Over the next few days, you should continue to notice visibly improved and replenished skin. Be proud of yourself for giving your skin the nourishment it needed to achieve a truly healthy glow!

If you’re experiencing dry skin, here’s why your shower may be the cause!
Hot water can strip away important natural oils and protective barriers, leading to dry and irritated skin. Instead, try to use lukewarm water when bathing or washing your skin and make sure to moisturize right after. Gently pat dry and then apply to help lock in moisture.

Fun Fact: Do you know what inspired us to create these wipes?
“Buttne” – yes seriously. We had many patients experiencing body acne, specifically butt acne. The culprit? Not showering immediately after working out. Here’s why:
Butt acne tends to occur from sweat and dirt occluding hair follicles leading to acne and folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicles). It often occurs when working out (or sweating) in clothing that is not breathable or wearing tight fitting clothing for long periods of time.
